Born in Kitchener and having lived most of his life in Kingston, Phil has a wealth of understanding and knowledge regarding the real estate market in Kingston and the surrounding areas. Phil has an extensive educational background (Graduate of the University of Ottawa, Queen’s University, and St. Lawrence College) and has worked as a Teacher and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Counsellor prior to becoming a Sales Representative in 2011.

Phil continues to use his teaching background in an effort to educate his clients in the buying and selling process and has the experience working with first time buyers, coordinating HHT’s, and assisting Investors developing their real estate portfolio. Phil is the Director of Operations for a property management company and this is has been an added value added service for those who wish to purchase investment properties. He is instrumentally involved in the growing rental market in Kingston.

Phil has been married to a terrific woman for over 30 years and has 2 wonderful adult aged daughters. He is an avid golfer and has been a basketball official for over 15 years. Phil also enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
